Imperfect glory

One can never question the presence of our Creator God. The colour, texture and perfume of this beautiful bloom shows us living proof. How sensitive of you to recognise the beauty in "Imperfect Glory".

Your response is treasured, Gay. I have been thinking about "glory" recently and I sense that it is very close to "suffering" in the Biblical context. Certainly for Apostle Paul, all his theological writing and pastoral perpectives were filtered through his lens of suffering. He was a deeply traumatized person, yet he could live on to see and understand "glorious" things. Something of deep value in that for all of us, especially for those who are or have lived through suffering.

Ian, It is through our own experience that we are most able to understand the road another travels & in turn show compassion,care and courage.
