This is place is called New Habour Beach (I grew up 12km east of it in a place called Torbay). New Harbour Beach is just east of the fishing village of New Harbour. The New Harbour River that runs past this beach (you barely can see it at the top of the photo) is a well known by locals as place to fly fish for Atlantic Salmon.

I hope you like the image. I did not know exactly where the image was taken. I know about the area I was in by the photos taken before this one.

We live on NEw Harbor Road. That big rock that is in the picture, we climb on. We love NEw Harbor and cannot believe that there is a picture of the beach on Google Earth. This place is our summer retreat, its like heaven!!!

By the way, the icon for this picture is in the wrong place on the Map.

We tried to change this photo's location. This photo actuially is New Harbour Beach. The photo titled, "New Harbour Beach" should probably be "Mist All Day." That photo is actually just outside the break-water governemnt wharf.

Thank you everyone for helping me palace my image. I just made the change and saw the image. I try to find the exact location of where I took the photo for every photograph. That was my last day in Nova Scotia driving to Halifax from Cape Breton and I just drove any direction and found this beautify spot. Thank you, again.
