After leaving Glacier National Park we drove south and east through the Missouri Plateau on US Route 287, an area mostly comprised of ranchland and Native American Reservations. With so little traffic, standing in the middle of the road isn't too dangerous. This particularly scenic area is west of Great Falls and north of Wolf Creek. Unfortunately the light was flat due to the heavy overcast but I think I was able to wrestle some depth to this with a little light handed, single image HDR work in Photomatix.
