This one is very beautiful, Christian, the castle, the reflection and the foliage are in good harmony... Thank you for sharing. Greetings from Germany, Peter
Thank you for your compliments.
You have reason to write me in English because I forgot a lot German which I learn at school.
This photo was taken on a beautiful day of November during a hike in the forest of Chantilly.
Thank you Christian for your answer and the link. It´s interesting to see the castle from above. Sorry also from my side for not speaking French, but I choose Russian as a foreign language (besides of English and Latin) during my school time... Greetings, Peter
Be not sorry to not speak French. To write in English, helps me not to forget too fast what I learnt to the school. Near are the big stables were built at the request of Louis-Henri de Bourbon. The legend tells that he thought of being reincarnated in horse and wanted, consequently, stables deserving of his rank.
What an odd idea, being born again as a horse... Was Buddhism spread in Europe at this time already... ? But a great buliding anyway... Greetings, Peter
It's called "métanpsychose" (in french) and I don't believe that there is any relation with the Buddhism...
Bonjour Christian.
You're incredibly fast, Christian. Also here there is no ripple to be seen on the pond.
Thank you for your visit and for your message. Luce-Emilie is one of my pupils. I advised her to put photos on Panoramio. I am satisfied to see that persons are interested in her gallery and leave her messages ... in English. Luce-Emilie is a good pupil, but she has some difficulties ... with English ;-).
Greetings from France. Christian
I saw your message to Trudi on Andre Gardella's site.
You were faster than Trudi who has not written to Luce-Emilie yet. Did you see André's last photo? The poor man, he works too much and has the head in fire. I got acquainted of your wife on your gallery; you were able to see my harem on the photo where there was a message for Trudi. Christian
Nice to meet you and your family, in a group photo there is always someone making the classic "rabbit ears", can't miss. But now I will put on my pajama's, like an éclair.
As it you know that I am not that a serious professor... ;-) Good night in your éclair-pajamas. I go to sleep now too.
A bientôt. Christian
