Thanks! You have a very good observation. It is the collaboration between Thailand's Royal Photographic Society and the Temple to promote the tradition, which is now rarely seen. They agreed to hold the ritual this way for photographic purposes. Both of them wanted every participating photographer to publish these scenes where appropriate.
