I've just created new layer via Text Tool, and assigned color and opacity to it. That's all..
Oh! one more thing: there is drop shadows effect in blending options of the layer.
Then I've pressed Shift+Ctrl+Alt+S to Save image for web. That's it. Good luck! :)
