Harriot? I am sure I have missed something here Russ and hope you'll explain.

Its strange but we get nothing like these wonderful creatures over here. The nearest might be the possum.

Harry the hedgehog has been a regular visior for the last few years. This one is a newer, smaller version so we dubbed her Harriot, despite the prickles. Not that we have actually examined her thoroughly. They are actually under threat as so many gardens do not suit them and slug pellets are widely used. We have tried hard to make the little garden hedgehog, insect and bird friendly and its paying off. Even have a hedgehog sized arch cut out of the driveway gate.
