Oak Creek Canyon AZ

Water, pure and clean...up for the day from Arizona State University. An oasis in the desert!

I have walked for hours (with shoes on) in this creek. Heavenly, but, except in the summertime that water is snow melt ice cold water run off.

I'm so glad you sent this. Oak Creek Canyon is one of the places I didn't like to photograph. That is, before I got Photomatix!. I need to go back. Oh, I'd better get some ND filters, too.

Damn straight...get the blurry water look! This photo I set on a timer and then ran back over the rocks, almost broke my neck to get to take the picture. Only problem is our dog, Nebaj, wouldn't cooperate and turn and face the camera...so, whatever, he was a Golden and has big butt! :)

Ithink the scenery from the film ,The Last Wagon,is where I would love to take my family to, but living in England i,ll satisfy myself with watching these amazing shots.
