Thanks for your comment. We go to Scotland several times a year for holidays and short breaks. Its more expensive than flying to a hot tourist trap but you couldn't beat it with a big stick. Arran was fabulous last May, sunny and hot and the midges not out yet. The sea was blue like the Med; the colours in the photo are correct.
