My Granfather lived top floor flacing Legislature in the red apartment building on the left over 25 years ago. #1 Evergreen if memory serves. I wonder how much those units go for now or if the building has been well maintained.

I live at 55 Nassau. Prices have gone up considerable over the last 10 years (when I first moved in). I paid $70,000 for my 2-bedroom suite. Now a two-bedroom suite goes for about $200,000. At the time we also bought a one bedroom suite for $30,000. One is selling here now for $135,000.
