Walking west on Ratchamanka Street, towards the temple near Suan Dok Gate (Western Gate) of the magnificent walled city of Chiang Mai.

A short distance from the Western Gate is Wat Phra Singh first built during the reign of Phra Chao Kham Fu (1328-1335).

Dayz are coming and going. Time goes by so slowly for those who wait but for the traveler she seems to show no mercy. There are always things to be seen and done. These holidays should be relaxing but are they........ so much to see, so much to do and so little time. Tomorrow is another day as the night falls in.

The power failures are the norm. I was only amazed how quick these are fixed! Canadian trained electrician, will be usless in Thailand!
