De la cathédrale gothique qui s'est malheureusement écroulée en 1646, subsiste, dans le transept nord, la magnifique porte ogivale dite des "apôtres". Ce portail à trumeau de 12 m de hauteur sur 8 m de largeur, est un véritable joyau architectural.
