Actually, I think this project was scrapped. :) I live very close to this site, and I haven't seen this sign in awhile, or construction underway. Plus the phone number & website listed on this sign never worked. This picture was taken 11-19-2006.

South Carolina's upcounty would be much more beautiful if they would stop building @#*%$# subdivisions everywhere!
