Actually, Ainars, I like this shot with the shadows. Having the bit of silhouetted leaves at the very top, and the shadows which are obviously the same trees, shows me that there is a very nice row of trees planted along the street in front of this building. Some very beautiful sky/cloud reflections in the windows as well!
This is a very nice building Ainars and I agree with Ryan about the shadows, the silhoute of the leaves gives something to the photo.
I guess you can start you own Window Collection...:)
I looked at this when you sent me the link, Ainars, but couldn't decide quickly enough how to put my reaction into words. Now others have done it for me! In this case, the shadows become an important part of the picture--and this is strengthened by the leaves at the top. So this is a case when you have a fine photo even though it wasn't exactly the one you wanted to take!! Cheers, Marilyn
Hello Marilyn, Alex and Ryan! I just began revision on my older photos and discovered - I have not replied You with gratis to all Your compliments on this photo!
I am so much appreciated You kind words and looking forwards to create new series with our old town buildings. :) Right now, I looking out of my windows and waiting, when weather will change to more optimistics. But it's still keeps cloudy and raining day after day. :(
Jā, šī ēka atrodas nākošajā kvartālā uz Ķiezardārz... ,piedodiet Dziesmusvētku parka, pusi. Pamanīju vēl vienu nesakritību ar Elizabetes ielas 23 namu, nosūtīšu labojumu. :)
