A Sping view of the CSX Port Huron Boat Yard. This was the last year of operation for the yard (2005). CSX sold the property to Acheson Ventures who has developed the propery now into the Desmond Landing.

By July of 2005 no trains would occupy the yard and the tracks and ties would be removed before winter of 2005.
