The large building that dominates this picture is part of the King County Courthouse. A skybridge connects it with the rest of the courthouse and detention center and King County Sherrif. Just beyond the far left corner of the first building is Seattle City Hall. You can see the twin green-tipped towers of the St. James Cathedral towards the horizon. On the other side of the picture you can see a wide street headed off to the horizon. It has wedge shaped buildings to the left and the right. Further back along Yesler then to the left you can see an older, massive pale-pink building. This is Harborview Hospital. Finally, in the upper left border of the picture you can see some of the Seattle Municipal Building. This picture was composed of nine photos. Then to make the image sharper I reduced the scale by 50 percent.
