Correct Gene! The bank was only robbed in the movies. The bank on the northeast corner where the new city hall is was the one actually robbed but not by Bonnie and Clyde. The robbers cut the telegraph lines coming in and going out of town, took the security gaurd hostage, went to the bank presidents house and got him and his wife and went back to the bank with all three to open the vault, took the $, left them all tied up, and were never caught.
