Vincenzo

very very beautiful! but this looks strange anyway - are this mirrorings of 2 pics built into one? crazy! at a first look, it looks so real, and then it turns out to be a masterwork with gimp/photoshop/something else. cool! yellow star!!
Armagnac, on November 7, 2007, said:
hiya matkustava_kissa ! thanks a lot for visiting and commenting. well on that pic, you could have been right if I only knew where to find these progs for free (actually I never looked for them, maybe I should) and then if I knew how to use them ! (I guess it's not that hard. And to prove what I say, look at the original pic, not re-composed
cheers from Angers, France. Armagnac / Pommard
PS : I hope you won't be disappointed enough to take off your yellow star ! ;-)

Ciao, TBP

no, no, I'm not at all disappointed (well, maybe about myself, as I didn't see it at first). about the programs: I always use the gimp. it is a free open source program, you can find it at gimp.org

hi Mrs BnP ! of course France isn't as huge as the USA can be, our speed limits are not as low as yours, and between my place and these the roads are quite horizontal, no big montains around : therefore it doesn't take that much time !

Vincenzo, Stefano and Matkustava_Kissa, thanks a lot for the tips, I will probably try some of them, anche se non ho capito tutto a prima lettura ! cheers, armagnac

:-D, you could never work as a traffic policeman... I personally would anyway prefer the "prohibited" one, or will I get a new fine now...? ;-)) Greetings, Peter

mossip, Worldvision, May thank you all, very kind of you. the castle is quite in a bad shape and it would be useful to restore it... but the current owner lacks money, if not good will and energy ; we came out of the visiting season, he saw us prowling around and instead of letting his huge dog (wolf ? tiger ?) eat us, he warmly welcomed us and we even had a short visit, for free, just because he was glad to show his place.
