Gorgeous colour, Erik! I love poppies and saw fields full of them in Hungary but I was on a train and moving too fast. There are other lovely red flowers in this scene similar to Dahlias. Love it! Theolfa

Joined your fave tree group. I think it will be a small group, which is OK with me.

Very pretty indeed Erik. I didn't have much luck finding wild poppies this summer, I did find one field but didn't have much time so I only got a couple of shots :(

It goes without saying how much I like this shot :)

Dank Berend, John en Jos echt een plekje waar ze nog de bloemetjes buiten zetten!

Hello Theolfa, Carlos, Tomas and Sam and thanks for visiting this Red-Zone. The only danger here is Poppy addiction! The fiery red poppies are combined with Zinnia peruviana (the Dahlia like flower) and Cosmos bipinnatus (the single flowers who are a little more purple).

I was over in England (May) and found some fields only beginning to flower.

Groeten, Regards, Erik
