My Grandfather was buried here 9 August 1918. II E17. Thanks for the photo mate.
My wife's grand uncle lies in Heath Cemetary too. He was killed a few km east at St Martin's wood on 23 Aug 18.
My Great Uncle was killed in action Aug 23 1918 too -20th Reinforcements/6th Battalion. I have found he is buried at Heath Cemetary although it seems Heath may be divided into different sections? This being the case would you kindly advise how I go about locating a particular soldier/site?
For more information about Heath Cemetary and where our brave relatives rest, look up the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. This is a link to Heath Cemetary. http://www.cwgc.org/search/cemetery_details.aspx?cemetery=62000&mode=1
