Yessss, i'm the first to give a comment :) It's a beautiful panorama, my friend. With bright colors.
I Like it
Greetings from Québec, MonPiche
An unusual looking memorial, but I like it. On the map it looks to be a very high hill. I like the way you've got the memorial and cottages in the picture. Nice one. Cheers, Rosa.
Well done panorama. And I'm agree with Rosa. The memorial looks unusual.
MonPiche congratulations on being first, unfortunately, on this gallery there isn't any prizes given. Thank you for your comments and L
Rosa It is unusual, all I know about it is, it was built in 1926 in the Italian style. It has the residents of Breedon on The Hill who were killed or missing in World War I (13 names) and World War II (2 names). Thank you for your comments and L
Alina Thank you for your comments and L I have driven through Breedon many times this was the first time I've stopped. I'm going to spend more time there as it's history goes way back. Breedon on the hill - Breedon is made from the Celtic word bre for hill and the Old English word dun for hill. So, in its current form the name combines three forms of the word hill.

wonderful panorama photo, very good work like
Hi there again! Thank you for this interesting etymology.
Peaceful scenery,nice panorama.
Sincere greetings from Taiwan.
unique photo! LIKE NAMASTE FROM NEPAL.
A most enjoyable panorama Mark...The quintessential English village green and I Like it ;)
...I'm not one for dictating control or restriction, heavens above, our lives are negatively impacted enough but in this case, I wish the villagers had campaigned for parking restrictions just here! Parked vehicles are the scourge of many a pretty village and town.
Stunning scene and good composition Mark ;)
