So that's why you weren't around here for a long time: holidays in Texas, hunting for gulls?
LOL, that would have been nice! Unfortunately for me, these were two completely separate very short business trips, interrupted by typical work trips, and a few visits home. I've decided I could create a page just made up of views out the airplane windows. But life is interesting!
It's better to do it my way: next friday Mrs Norrel is going on a businesstrip to Dublin, Ireland. I'm going with her to photograph the city while she is working :-) Sunday we will spend together in Dublin, and on monday we're home.
Yes, your way is much better!!! And what's funny is that your photos just might have my mother in them! She's heading off today for a vacation there.
But I'm hoping that now that summer is nearing its end I'll be able to get more shots even when on my work trips. This summer has been sooooo hot in the places I've been that I haven't wanted to take much time to explore even when I could.
You are getting around far and wide now Ms Kamalyn. Good to see new pics.
I'll take lots of pictures of women in Dublin that might look like your mother, kamalyn ;-)
Hi M! Yes, though the frustrating thing is that the further away the shorter the time there, so not much chance for photos. It's been good to have a few days at home to be able to sort through photos, before heading off yet again....
Thanks Norrel! That won't be too hard. There's an adage that there are only 10 Irish faces, and when we've visited, it seems so true. People-watching, we would see multiple versions of our grandparents, aunts and uncles walking up the street. It was quite amusing.
