原來部份面向鐵路窗戶(第1座C,D單位)是不能開啟的，還有就是最佳景觀的第1及2座A,B,C單位面向將來的T4主幹路(http://www.cedd.gov.hk/tc/projects/major/nte/nte7705th.htm)，若公路建成後，車輛噪音難以估計！

Windows at some of the units (Unit C,D of Tower 1) cannot be opened due to protection of railway. Unit A,B,C of Tower 1 & 2 will be facing T4 Trunk Road directly (http://www.cedd.gov.hk/eng/projects/major/nte/nte7705th.htm) in future if it is built, the scale of noise pollution produced by vehicles have to be determined!

好像還沒有名字呢。文件就只有港鐵這一份2008年左右的規劃圖http://www.mtr.com.hk/chi/properties/images/maonshanckt1_c.pdf，但是從目前的建築物來看應該已經有所修改。
