This one did good Kenny with the subtle traces of color in an otherwise bleak looking sky!

A grand looking church as well.

All the best - Jethro

Many thanks Jethro

It was not really the best day for taking photographs but I wanted to gather a few church shots for The Great British Church panogroup.

This shot took a lot of reworking. I had to remove the converging walls using ShiftN and the original photo had the sky blown out due to overexposure to reveal the stonework. The sky was one I took last year and most resembled the sky on the day.

In replacing the sky I lost the lightning conductor but if I didn't point it out nobody would know!

How is it your way? our leaves are just starting to turn and there is a dew each morning - yep summer has gone!

The dew got washed away by tropical storm Lee.

We still have it in the upper 20s / lower 30s but it tends to be humid. Our outdoor pools have closed, religiously, as its too cold to swim now!

In the moon-tins the first leaves are turning red. Here in the flat lands, hardly any signs yet!

Thanks for the explanation and the crack!
