Hi, this pictrure has a very nice mood. It is calm. The color of the reflexion in the water is great. Very cool photo.

Greetings from the rainy (today we had 2 hours with sun) Wuppertal,

Carsten

Thank you, Carsten. It has been cloudy here, too, much of the time, but there was sun in the late afternoon. I still don't understand how it managed to break through the trees and reach the water, but there it was!

Greetings, Marilyn

Wow, wonderful photo, Marilyn! The water is very complicated, between the reflection, the grass, the ripples, and it looks like a few floating leaves too. Very nice!

What a lovely picture, Marilyn! Yes, it is amazing how the sun is breaking through the trees. Although leaves are floating on the water, the reflection is very beautiful, or is it because of the floating leaves? Anyway, it's a great shot! Greetings, Anne

Than you, Ryan and Anne. The sun was so low that I didn't know whether I would get anything. I feel lucky that I did.

We had come here so that my husband could measure the water level in this wetland. We have had an unusually dry year and thus the water level is low--probably adding to the "complicated" nature of the surface. Cheers, Marilyn

Greetings Marilyn, I can feel chill in the air from this setting. I can remember the walks back home at this time of the day after playing with my friends. Crisp would be a nice description since we don't have much humidity. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers,

Rich

Thanks, Bruce and Tjeert. This is how the area looks in sunlight! It's very different. And now it's possible to see that those "things" on the water are the leaves of water lilies! Marilyn
