Indian Totem Poles

Seoul Grand Park consists of three parks which are Zoo, Botanical Garden and Seoul Land.

Zoo and botanical garden in Seoul grand park are the most largest one in Korea and was moved from Chang-Kyung-Won (昌慶苑), in 1984, which was the typical recreational facility since Japanese Government General of Korea (朝鮮總督府) had been installed zoo and cherry trees in the palace of Korea to downgrade Chang-Kyung-Geung (昌慶宮) Palace on 1910. Zoo is caring almost 3000 animals more in the blocked cages or open cages, and botanical garden keep 37 thousands plants over.

Seoul Land is an amusement park with 250 facilities with several rides since 1988. Seoul land is connected with Seoul Grand Park by the trackless trains.

How to go there:

  1. Best way to go there is to use Subway. Just in front of exit #1, #2 and #3 after get off at Grand Park Station of Seoul Subway Line #4

  2. To drive your own car is good choice because there is enough park space in front of Grand Park.

Gate Open: 9 AM to 6 PM (Nov ~ Feb), 9 AM to 7 PM (Apr~Oct)

Entrance Fee: 1,000 Korean Won for the children, and 3,000 Korean Won for the adult.
