The hummocking along what Forest Service refers to as "Pine Creek" is the result of heavy livestock use along this creek.
This pounding of the meadow will desertify the wildlife habitat along this creek. The heavy presence of livestock in the creek has contaminated this tributary of Wet Creek - a host to listed Bull Trout - with heavy sediment and cow manure.
