Thanks for appreciating Tonga with me, Berend. Like you often do, my wife and I were having an evening walk around the shore. It was low tide - at high tide I was on a surf-ski circumnavigating the small island in the picture.

So now you will have to come south again and find your way to the Rugby breeding grounds of Tonga, Samoa and Fiji!

And thanks for the appreciation of the photo. There is not much use for a bike here, but a sea-kayak or surf-ski might be worth using!

And good for the soul...

As it was low tide, it was possible to walk right around the island and though we didn't feel that enthusiastic we did enjoy walking along the reef flats that surround the island. Earlier in the day I had paddled a surf ski along this shore passing above the remnants of the old wharf seen here in the background.
