This picture needs no title, and its one of the top pictures of that building I've ever seen. We put it in our favorite file so next time I see Davey,Jim and that other guy I"ll have it to show them, Seriously fantastic picture

A wonderful and historic night shot. I am adding it to my favorites because I feel honored to have it there. Thanks for sharing it. You might think about a title just for our friends from other places outside the USA, but it is your great photo.

Thanks for your kind comments and I hope you do not think my comment is unkind. I totally get what you are going for here.

The Alamo as I will now remember it. Great representation of this famous building.

Tomros on November 1, 2012

No idea, what the heck it is (I'm outside of USA)

but the photo is great!

I have seen photos my daughter took in S.A., it was all bars and restaurants along Riverwalk.

greetings, Tomas

Thank you Tomros, it's the Alamo which waqs originally built as a Spanish mission and later became the site of a famous battle, which ended on March 6 1836 ( my B-Day but not in 1836 ) and would help set up Texas on a path of freedom and independence from Mexico. The place is now a museum and a shrine, but yes, after visiting the Alamo you go to the Riverwalk to enjoy some fine Mexican cuisine and spirits, your daughter had the right idea :)
