It's TAMBULI not Tamburi, I can recommend it as I have been there several times in the past few years. It is split into three seperate but interconnecting areas Tambuli East, Tambuli West and Tambuli Beach Club. Friendly and helpfull staff and not expensive.

Kaz, The name of the resort is Tambuli Beach Resort. It's the siser resort of Cebu Beach Club and Bohol Beach Club. I always dive in the area and I even put a twin bonanza small plane at 65 feet in front of the resort.
