A few months ago thieves pulled down and stole the lightening conductor from the steeple causing thousands of pounds worth of damage, you can see where the top had to be rebuilt.

That is such a shame Ian.Is it really ever worth it to take such a risk, it's a pity they didn't damage themselves! You certainly have some lovely churches in very nice settings around you. Keep up the good work :)

Hi Mark its a nice building there must have been a lot of money spent on building all these churches.
