Thank you for the visit and your remarks Eicke R.! This is the Erasmus Bridge in Rotterdam by Dutch architect Ben van Berkel, called 'The Swan'. In a way similar to the work of Calatrava, but with less flowing lines. Also see the article (in German) at Wikipedia.
