I guess the position on the maps is not really true, in Europe, we use to say that a mushroom finder always lie, isn't it funny??

it's pretty close, my camera doesn't do GPS, but if you can get to the area at the right time you can't miss em.

the story I have heard about this area is that the Gypsy Moth has left thousands of oaks dead and standing. It's quite remarkable, a hardwood fungus paradise.

working on getting some good pics of the vast dead woods.
