Tim,

The heading from Richmond to Mt. Baker is 115°, distance 65 miles. The heading from Delta to Mt. Baker is 119°, distance 56 miles. This photo shows Mt. Baker's NW face. Your close-up shows its SW face. The northern Seattle suburbs are about 30 miles to the SW, your camera would point 055° and your close-up (would) does show Baker's SW face. I see you flew down to Seattle. Your indicated photo position is off. Your subject is correct.

Mystery solved. Taking off for a week. See you next year.

Thanks for the info Bob. After my trips sometimes it is very difficult to remember where we were especially up north. It's such a challange I actually bring out VFR maps to lay out the trip as I download the pictures. Have a great holiday and talk at you in the New Year! Tim
