Sunrise, Longs Peak looking south east past southern flank of the Twin Sisters
Greetings Verena, It was such an amazing sunrise you would think it was a sunset because of the the colors and the clouds. I get to see one of these once every year or so. It was my lucky day! Thanks so much for visiting and your wonderful comments.
Greetings Priscilla, Thanks for visiting the sunset and commenting. It was such an experience getting to take the pictures as the clouds and lighting changed. I am glad I missed my trail time to be able to shoot.
Greetings Eva and Noe, Thanks for visiting the sunrise and commenting. It was good fortune I delayed in the parking lot and got to see this sunrise. It would have been lost had I been up on the trail. I am glad you both liked it.
Stumbled upon your photographs in Google Earth quite a few times before actually clicking through to Panoramio to find that you're a fellow Coloradoan. I'm down in Colorado Springs; thanks to your photos and countless others I've enjoyed in G.Earth, I've been inspired to upload a few photos from around the world myself! I truly enjoy your work. Keep it up!
Greetings Joey, Thanks for visiting my gallery and your wonderful comment. I am glad you traced me back through Google Earth and joined Panoramio yourself. I look forward to seeing your contributions. I see you have some shots on Longs Peak that are from very nearly the same spot as I took some. Small world, eh?
