The street going up is Rua Mouzinho da Silveira, which ends up close to the Estação de S. Bento. The back ot the police car is pointing to the centre of the Praça do Infante.

Thanks, I think it is correct now then? In Norway, the driver would be fined separately for each violation. On the corner, on the pedestrian crossing, on the yellow line and on the left, but hey, it's a police car outside a police station... :)
