Hierapolis is older than byzantine. It was build by Romans. I read something about Hierapolis and i learned that there is a book named "altertumer von hierapolis" and it was written by german archaeologist (Humann, Cichorius, Judeich, Winter) (Berlin 1898)

Maybe you can find it in internet.

there is a problem in the my internet now.

iyi akşamlar.

Merhaba Metin,

thank you for the information. Yes, I know that Hierapolis is much older than the byzantine period. Hierapolis was founded in the classical greek period in 3rd century BC.

Hopefully your Internet will working again soon.

Selamlar, Andreas
