Cave 6 inner sanctuary with partial original wall painting still intact. Ajanta cave temple consists of 30 rock-cut cave Buddhist temples carved out from the cliff face during the Hinayana (2nd BC to 1st AD) to the Mahayana (5th to 6th BC) periods. Maharashtra state, India.
