Having a great time enjoying your various shots Ian ~ I like this one especially ~ Warm wishes to you ~ nick

So let's have a great time enjoying this spot. You will need an icecream while you sit with me on this beach, Nick, especially if you have just returned to the shore in this dug-out canoe. But here in Tonga we prefer to buy a fresh loaf of bread, tear it in halves, pull out the centre then fill it with half a tub of icecream. The bread crust replaces the cone and what is more we get a 'decent' feed of icecream! The other half loaf and half tub is given to your friend: and I'll be that on this occasion. I like icecream the Tongan way: it grows big boys.

That may be why Tonga can beat France at the Rugby World Cup and England can't!

Thanks for your wishes. All the best to you, too.

Or make you think of flying south to our summer, Luca. Thanks, and warmest regards from the South Pacific.

Good shot - love the dugouts. Thanks for setting the scene with the icecream bread, now I can see it, smell it and taste this place. like!!!

Enjoy your stay. I think you are!

An idea for you for one of those hot Newcastle summer days, Greg - buy the bread unsliced and fill it with icecream and head for Nobby's! Thanks for your feedback and sharing in our Tongan exploration.
