Il Monte Pizzoc, fa parte del massiccio del Cavallo-Cansiglio e delle Prealpi Trevigiane, in Comune di Fregona, ha un’altezza di 1.565 metri, non poco, considerando che è fronte pianura.
*La salita, attraversa una fitta e bella foresta, di faggi secolari.
*In cima, se la giornata è limpida, un panorama vastissimo e di assoluta bellezza! La vista si estende per 100-250 km, fino al Mare Adriatico e i primi contrafforti dell’Appennino.
*Ai piedi del monte: Vittorio Veneto, l’antica Ceneda, la Valle dei Laghi di Revine, la Schiena del Drago, una serie di colline dall’orografia corrugata.
*Dalla cima: la Piana del Cansiglio, il Monte Cavallo, il Col Visentin. E le Dolomiti: Monte Pelmo, Monte Civetta, Piz Boè del Gruppo del Sella, Monte Agner, Monte Vezzana, per citare solo alcune cime.
*Sul bordo Nord: magnifica vista sulla Val Lapisina, il Lago Negrisiola, il Lago del Restello, il Lago Morto, il Lago di Santa Croce, la valle del Piave, i monti dell’Alpago.
