Lovely picture, Ian! These are my favorite spring flowers (Anemone nemorosa) and I'm looking forward to the time when they bloom again! Greetings, Anne

Thankyou Anne, for I did not know their name. I found their simple beauty attractive, and their sheltered position appealing as well. And do they have a common name in your part of the world? Do they grow as far south as you live, for they were photographed in Sweden? Ian

Hi Ian! Yes, they grow in Germany as well, mostly in woods . We call them 'Buschwindröschen' in German. Here you find more information. Cheers, Anne
