I just alugh reading this sign Marilyn!

Could itbe possible that are people that need thiskind of signs?

Cheers, Alex

We laughed, too, Alex! I can't imagine needing the sign, but there are some foolish people in this world. You may have noticed that!!

Cheers, Marilyn

I don't get it. It looks like wonderful place to visit and explore! How come no one is allowed to hike? Is a permit needed first?

Marilyn Whiteley on November 26, 2007

Yes, Ryan, definitely a permit. It's a demanding four or five day hike, and is best done in the cooler season ... This is not a casual matter!

Thank you for posting such a warm picture (and laughing helps too :) beside the * other * one Marilyn. :D

;-) ... A nice sign ... Greetings from Bavaria!

Thanks, Kojak. Nice sign ... but would you obey it?? Greetings from Canada.

I appreciate the location correction I have received for this photo, and I have accepted the suggestion. I believe--or I at least like to think--that Google Earth is now offering a more detailed image than it did when I attempted to mark the location. Surely I wouldn't have placed it down in the canyon if I had seen that! Thank you.
