Fantastic sunset, Kamaly. I see we share a weakness for bright-colored clouds. I'd love to have the extra reflectivity of your locations. Really beautiful.
thanks so much to you both, Eve and DeEtte, especially in light of the sunsets series you've both been posting! :-) November around here reminds me a lot of Lilypon's descriptions of the Canadian plains: mostly black and white and gray, but the sunsets can be spectacular (sort of like Dorothy opening the door once she's landed in Oz.) And its interesting how many others come to the beaches in November just to watch the sunsets. It gets to be a spectator sport!
Thanks, John! The main reflection is on the thin film of water left on the sand itself. I think it was too choppy that day for the sea water to have any good reflections. Cheers!
Thanks for dragging this out of the cobwebs, dianne! So funny the view count on this, because it was just sort of a throw away shot as I was out hunting photos of the full moon that I thought were much more interesting. they're to the left arrow of this - but they only have about 1/3 the view counts! And this one's made it rather high up on GE. Thanks again - Hope you're having a nice spring day there - only going to be about 10-15 C here on Sunday, AND dark at 4:40 pm!!! :<
Will get back to your photos tonight, we are having a perfect spring day, just 28 c (not bad, the sun isnt out at the moment, so doesnt feel too hot) but they say we are in for an extremely hot summer and our water storages are at about 32% which is bad, we can only water our garden between 6 am. - 8 am. 2 days a week, (no lawns or washing cars at all) and could be going to next restriction, no garden watering at all. Not good, so with a hot summer in store its not looking good.. Heaps of rain would be great, Dianne

Great photo, the colors and reflection are perfect!
Greetings, T NL
Thanks very much T NL for your visit and compliments! Cheers!
Great sunset kamaly... funny how it reflects on just one wave in the water.

Just going through some of your photos, noticed this one in a year 594 views. Not bad at all. Dianne
