I see the stained glass window in the back there. You were right about the light being just right. It looks so small compared to your shot. Is this just preserved for visitors? It is very pretty.

Greetings YBMW, Thanks for visiting the Chapel on the Rock and commenting. I did a little research and find the chapel was built around 1935 and the stained glass put in in 1937. That makes it a lot older than me! The glass is beautiful and done by a famous artist from Munich. The chapel is a working facility and hosts weddings and masses. Neat place.
