Of course the expansive, open views are wonderful, Hank, but this invitation to look a little harder and to wonder has its own kind of excellence. Marilyn
Thank you Marilyn. This view stopped me in my tracks as we were walking through a wooded area and all was trees, all around; and then there was this momentary teaser of a view. Thanks for seeing it my way.
A beautiful photo, Hank. The colors and the falls combination are wonderful. Great shot!
Wonderful shot Hank. I couldn't say anything any better than Marilyn
Well I'm back on line YBMW and Palmina, and I hope you don't think I wasn't appreciative of your kind words. I moved about 55 miles south last Tuesday, and only got my Internet back yesterday.
This shot was one of those treats where you're folowing the sound and then there's a quick glimpse, and its gone. Thanks again. Greetings from Ocean, NJ.
Very beautiful photo, Hank! And a very pretty spot! The details are so clear in the foreground, very, very nice.
Hi May. Thanks for your comments and for stopping by to visit. I appreciate your input.

Actually Russell, I was on a trail at all times. This is a National Park and I believe in their slogan" Take only pictures, leave only footprints." Thanks for sharing my concern for this environment.
Wonderful colors of the leaves. I like the countryside. My next trip some day will lead me to the New England states. I have to see the Indian Summer by myself.
Hi Axel. You'll find this spot further south, and you'll be able to include it if you visit Washington DC. It's just a bit north of our Capitol. See you then.
