Cockersands Abbey was Built in the times of 1148 inrelation too the remains of a Cistercian Abbey the Architectural Design of these Windows is a bit obsucre for the date and has been altered at some point in time due too The Butresses the new extension (if it was Renovated & Restored it would make this area more popular tourist area as a beautifull building of Lancashire Heritage Trust thats in relation too Preist-town), it was built by the Normans at Lancaster Castle being so close too Heysham (Darkages) & Piel Castle on Piel Island thats apart of The Royal House of Lancaster.
