You are mistaken my friend. This hill is called Mburabuturo it's not Kicukiro. There was a Law School on this hill before the war i don't know if it's still there.

Jean marc Allet, Kimihurura and Mburabuturo are two different places. The School of Peres Salesiens is now called IFAK is in Kimihurura. SFB is on an opposite hill named Mburabuturo. It was before called COK (College Officiel de Kigali) in 1970s, built by the Swiss Cooperation.
