Hi Petteri,
I visited Finland in the summer of 1972 to see the "Rally of 1000 Lakes" in Jyvaskyla. These days it is known as "Rally Finland". It's good to see that historic rallying is as popular in Finland as it is here in Australia. I have co-driven in a Ford Anglia, Ford Escort & Mini Cooper S, the cars shown in your photo, but that was in the late 60's and early 70's.
In 1972 I caught a ferry from the market square in Helsinki across to Suomenlinna Fortress so your photo has brought back happy memories for me.
I would love to visit Finland again and see Rally Finland, an amazing motorsport event.
Thank you, Ian (aka Iraussieguy), Melbourne, Australia

Hi Ian, thanks for you interesting comment. I`m happy that you found my photo even though it´s not in GE (unlike the ones from Monza banking which we discussed earlier).
I´ve never visited the Finnish WRC Rally myself - what a shame.
Cheers, Petteri
