Opera house, Yerevan city. Yerevan (Erebouni) fortress was founded in 782 before the Christ (by the Great King of ARARAT-ian or URART-ian Kingdom - AR-Gish-ti 1st). So, Yerevan is older than Rome, because the Rome's foundation date suggested by Marcus Terentius Varro, is 753 BC, was agreed upon, but in the "Fasti Capitolini" the year given was 752. So, difference is 29 or 30 years. And now Yerevan is 2793 years old. This city was the OLDEST one in the former Soviet Union...
