I thought it was something like that as 'Y' is the, 'SIOP' is shop (I've seen it on Fish & Chip Siops in Snowdonia), 'GARDIAU' is to guard or protect, 'BONT' is bridge & 'LLANGOLLEN' is rather obvious as it's in Llangollen. Makes interesting reading. Though I, for one, wouldn't like it as part of my address.
